Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.
To be qualified for a return, your item must be unused or (Slightly used with no noticeable defects) and in its original packaging.
Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Custom Handmade Whitewall Tires
At NinjaTire, every whitewall tire is custom handmade in California, crafted with precision and care. Due to the highly customized nature of our products, we maintain strict policies regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.
🚫 No Returns or Refunds – All Sales Final
All sales of custom handmade whitewall tires are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

Incorrect tire size or fitment (unless pre-confirmed by us)

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Ordering errors

Cosmetic preferences or subjective expectations
Each tire is built-to-order specifically for your needs. We highly recommend verifying all specifications before placing your order.
⏳ Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please email us at support@ninjatire.com with your order number.

After 24 hours, the production process may begin and we can no longer cancel or modify your order.

No exceptions will be made after the 24-hour window has passed.
⚠️ Fitment Responsibility
We do not guarantee tire fitment unless you have specifically contacted us prior to purchase and received written confirmation from our team.
Tire size compatibility can vary based on suspension setup, fender clearance, and custom modifications. The customer assumes all responsibility for confirming correct fitment unless a guarantee is provided in writing.
🛠️ Defective or Damaged Product Policy
In the rare event of a manufacturer defect or installation-related issue, such as:

Whitewall separation or peeling

Incorrect stripe placement

Sidewall application problems
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue.
To qualify for review:

Submit clear photos or videos of the defect

Do not mount or drive on the tires

Retain original packaging where possible
If a defect is confirmed, we may offer a repair, replacement, or other remedy at our discretion. No refunds will be issued unless no alternative solution is available.

1-Year Surface Warranty: Covers whitewall discoloration (yellowing or fading) under normal use.

Exclusions: Damage caused by curb rash, over/under inflation, improper mounting, or road hazards is not covered.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping (if required for inspection) is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise noted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* If you received an item not as described on our website.
* If you return an item 30 days after delivery
* If the item is damaged because of mishandling by FedEx, please provide all the pictures of the damaged item to process the replacement of the item
Refunds (if accepted)
Once your returned item is received and examined by our team, you will receive an email with the notification that we’ve processed your returned item. you will also receive a notification with the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you’re approved, then your refund will be processed, and a amount will automatically be sent back to your credit/debit card or original payment methods you selected at the checkout, within 5-7 days depending on how long your bank will process.
Cancellation:
Any cancellation or return of your order will be subject to an 8% cancellation fee if the customer intends to cancel without any valid reason.
Late or missing refunds (if accepted)
In the event, you haven’t received a refund in your bank, first, recheck your checking account.
Then contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Or, contact your bank. there’s often some time interval before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only non-promotional items could be refunded, unfortunately, promotional items can’t be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they’re not as described on our website or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for an identical item, send us an email at support@ninjatire.com or call our customer support for further assistance.

Buyers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you’re shipping an item over $100, you must provide a valid tracking number provided by a shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we are going to receive your returned item.
