At Ninja Tire, we strive to ship your orders quickly, securely, and with the highest level of care. Below is our full shipping policy to help you understand processing times, delivery expectations, and how to handle special situations.
🚚 Same-Day Shipping
- Most in-stock orders are shipped the same business day if placed before 12:00 PM (Noon) Pacific Time.
- Orders with no customization qualify for immediate processing.
- Orders placed after 12 PM or during weekends will be processed the next business day.
🔧 Mounting & Balancing Orders
- Orders that include mounting and balancing require 2 business days for preparation.
- We ship these orders the same day they are ready via FedEx or UPS Ground.
📦 Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times
- We ship using FedEx Ground and UPS Ground, depending on your location.
- Estimated delivery time is typically 3–5 business days.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking numbers once your order ships.
🔐 Signature Required for High-Value Orders
- Orders over $1,000 require an adult signature upon delivery.
- This ensures secure and verified delivery for high-value items.
🌎 International Orders
We currently do not accept international orders. If you wish to ship outside the U.S., please contact us for special arrangements.
❌ Order Cancellations
- You may request cancellation if the order has not yet been fulfilled.
- If the order is not packed and shipping labels have not been created, cancellation is possible.
- Once fulfilled or customized, the order can no longer be canceled.
📸 Damaged Shipment Claims
- If your item arrives damaged due to shipping carrier mishandling (e.g., FedEx or UPS):
- Take clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging.
- Email us the images and we will begin the replacement process immediately.
