Shipping and Delivery:

We aim to dispatch all orders within the stipulated time frame, provided the product(s) you have ordered are in stock and there are no issues with payment verification. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. While we will use all reasonable efforts to meet any delivery dates specified, we cannot guarantee delivery by the estimated date due to factors that may be beyond our control. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email. The email will provide you with the tracking number and the courier company’s information for you to keep a track of your order. A valid tracking number will be shared upon shipment of your order, If you refuse a package at delivery or refuse to pay import fees, your order will be returned to NinjaTire and additional return fees plus the original shipping fee will be taken from your refund. If the return fees and original shipping fee exceed the amount of the order, no refund will be given.

Our responsibility for damage or loss of the product ends once the shipment leaves our warehouse. Once the products have been shipped, it is your responsibility to claim any damages or loss with your respective shipping company.

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Your order is only deemed accepted by us upon shipment.

The risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at any time. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalog may be marked at the wrong price.

If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
