Shipping Time
We use FedEx Ground to ship tires that usually take 3-5 business days. Express shipping is available for small accessories that take 2 business days. Express delivery is also available for Saturday.
Cancellation Request Policy
Order cancellation requests can be accepted if the order has not been fulfilled yet. However, in some cases, your order is qualifies for cancellation if the order is not packed and the shipping labels are not created.
Shipping and Damage Claims
If the item is damaged because of mishandling by FedEx, please provide all the pictures of the damaged item to process the replacement of the item.
